More than 50 natural and cultural attractions can be found at Xcaret, an aquatic and theme park in Cancun and the Riviera Maya. They include subterranean rivers, cenotes, and beach areas. This theme park is well-known for a variety of performances that honor Mexican culture, such as Voladores de Papantla and the Xcaret México Espectacular Show, which features more than 300 performers.

The Xcaret Plus package includes a breakfast spread with unlimited beer, coffee, and water; access to the area's exclusive facilities; lockers, wardrobes, and private bathrooms; use of snorkeling gear in a subterranean river (deposit of $100 MXN or $10 USD required).

Xcaret Mexico is open every day from 8:30 am to 10:30 pm.
Children under 4 years old are free. Children from 5 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket (in both cases it is necessary to present identification at the park's ticket booths).
Children over 1.40 m, but under 12 years old, must also present identification to prove their age.
Reservations canceled more than two days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administration fee. Reservations canceled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable.
It is not possible to change your arrival date on the day of your visit.
Use of snorkel equipment requires a refundable deposit of $100 MXN or $10 USD.

You must bring your printed proof of purchase.
Wear comfortable and light clothing. Don't forget your bathing suit, bring a towel and extra clothes.
Sunscreens and suntan lotions should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park. If you do not comply with this requirement, there is a module at the entrance where you can exchange your sunscreen for a chemical-free sample. Your sunscreen will be returned to you at the exit.
Bring cash or use your credit/debit cards to buy souvenirs, do optional activities, or purchase photos of your visit.
