Transportation.

Children under 4 years old are free. Children from 5 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket price. In both cases, it is necessary to present identification at the ticket office.
Children over 1.40 meters tall, but under 12 years old, must present identification to prove their age.
All reservations canceled more than two days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee. Reservations canceled 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of no-show, are non-refundable.
It is not possible to change the date on the day of the visit.

To access the park you must bring your printed voucher.
Wear comfortable and light clothing during your visit. Don't forget your swim suit and extra clothes.
Sunscreens and suntan lotions must contain only titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the park. If you do not meet this requirement, you may exchange your sunscreen and/or suntan lotion for a chemical-free sample at the park entrance. Your products will be returned to you at the exit.
Bring cash or use your credit/debit cards to buy souvenirs, do optional activities, or purchase photos of your visit.

Liked: My family and I loved it, the slide is the best

Excellent park for the whole family, fun activities, highly recommended! The park is amazing, the staff is super friendly, and you can do a lot of things like biking, snorkeling, water games, swimming, and walking around the park. The food is all-inclusive. It is a place to come back because there is always something to do. And without a doubt, the water slide will give you hours of fun.

I give it 5 stars because I had an unforgettable day in every way. I loved the variety of activities, the food, everything was amazing! Very beautiful and fun, surrounded by adventures, vegetation, cenotes caves, rivers, sea, 5-meter jumps, and many more activities, one day is not enough to see everything and participate in all the activities!

Contact with nature and crystal clear waters. A perfect location for a relaxing weekend getaway, especially if you take your cell phone holder so that there's no lack of recording anything! It is also worth buying the photos because they are sent to you by mail; The pictures captured will leave an impression on anyone who sees them-especially when taken at such amazing places.

Liked: Worth every minute

Excellent park! The water is crystal clear and there is plenty of fish to see when snorkeling! The food is very good and it was not crowded when we visited! Too many activities to do in a day! You will find it hard to finish all the activities.
