Transportation

Xenotes Oasis Maya Tour activities are recommended for children over six years old.
This tour is not recommended if you have heart, lung, spine, asthma, diabetes, hypertension, are pregnant, or suspected to be pregnant.
Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must present identification proving their age.

Remember to bring the printed proof of purchase of your tour.

The use of life jackets is mandatory for all water activities.
It is necessary to shower before entering the waters of the cenotes to preserve the ecosystem.
The minimum age to enter Xenotes is 6 years old.
For the zip line activity a minimum height of 1.40 m and a minimum weight of 40 kg is required.
Children from 6 to 11 years old pay half the adult ticket (they must present an ID to the tour operator when boarding the transport).
Children over 1.40 m but under 12 years of age must present identification proving their age.
Reservations cancelled more than 2 days prior to arrival date are subject to a 10% administrative fee; 2 to 0 days prior to arrival date, or in case of non-arrival, are non-refundable.
It is not possible to change the arrival date on the day of the visit.

The Xenotes Tour is available Monday through Saturday.
Wear comfortable beach clothes and a bathing suit. Bring an extra change of clothes.
Confirm the time and place of departure of your transportation.
Your sunscreen and suntan lotion should only contain titanium oxide and zinc oxide for use in the Park.
Bring cash or a credit card to purchase photos of your visit.
It is important to consider that the cenotes are located in the middle of the jungle, so the roads to reach them are not paved.
